D SARADA TRUST in addition to providing Safe Drinking Water to improve health of tribals, also conducts Mega Medical Camps and Awareness Campaigns on various health issues for the Urban Poor in Visakhapatnam City. On these lines, Free Mega Medical Camps are conducted on 21-05-2005, 17-12-2006, 29-01-2006, 27-01-2008, 04-01-2009, 06-12-2010 at Gajuwaka serving about 2000-2500 people and carrying out minor operations in each camps. Almost 36 Eminent Doctors of various specializations from 20 Medical Facilities have participated in all the camps serving the needy people. In tribal areas too, so far 15 Free Mega Medical Camps were organised covering all the 11 Mandals and serving about 800-1000 tribal people in every camp.
